2The AI meal scan
Scan a meal
On Home, tap Scan a meal, take or choose a photo of your plate, then tap Read my meal and Save to my day. The first time, Peak asks for your permission.
A result looks wrong
The numbers are estimates. In Progress, touch and hold the meal, tap Edit meal, and correct it.
Out of scans, or turning AI off
Each result shows the scans left this month, and more come when your next month starts. To stop AI reading, tap Turn off in Settings, under Meals and AI.
3Exercises and your streak
Save an exercise
Tap Start exercise, name it, add its sets with reps and weight, then slide to finish. To add one you did earlier, touch Started and pick when, up to 7 days back.
Your streak
Every day you save an exercise counts, and your streak survives up to 2 rest days in a row.
Delete or change
In Progress, touch and hold an exercise or a meal, then delete it. It leaves all your devices. A saved exercise can't be edited, so delete it and add it again. Deleting a free exercise gives its day back.
4Your data
Where it's kept
On your iPhone and, when iCloud is on for Peak, in your own private iCloud, so it comes back on a new iPhone with the same Apple Account.
Delete everything
In Settings, under Your data, tap Delete all data. It removes your exercises, meals, streak and profile from all your devices. Your subscription stays.

Peak crashed
Peak sends a crash report on its own, with nothing about you in it. Update to the latest version, and email us if it keeps happening.
